Senior Nurse Practitioner Position at Illumia
We are looking for a seasoned Nurse Practitioner to lead our palliative care team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will oversee the development of care plans, supervise junior staff members, and participate in program development and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Serve as a mentor and preceptor to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Nursing, with specialization in Family or Adult Medicine preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in palliative care or a related field, including leadership/management experience.
- Current licensure/certification as a registered nurse (RN) or APRN.
