OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a Door to Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base
- Accurately measure and bid jobs and work with clients to tailor to their vision and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong technology sales background
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Knowledge of technical sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and geometry skills
- Strong understanding of construction industry and lighting technology prefered
- Priority will be given to those with previous sales experience (especially door-to-door)
Note: Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate potential but may lack specific experience in certain areas.
