Outside Sales Representative - IllumiLights Permanent Lighting Solutions
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base
- Accurately measure and bid jobs and work with clients to tailor to their vision and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong technology sales background
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Knowledge of technical sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and geometry skills
- Strong understanding of construction industry and lighting technology prefered
- Priority will be given to those with previous sales experience (especially door-to-door)
Note: Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate potential but may lack specific experience in certain areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission

- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
