Job Description :
Illuminate ABA Therapy is actively searching for a (Clinical Director) Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to fill a full-time Hybrid position in Raleigh, NC. The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child. This is a leadership position with a ton of room for growth, providing an opportunity for professional development and advancement within our dynamic organization.
Requirements :
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years BCBA experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
