SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Groups & Enrichment Pastor in advancing the mission and vision of the Groups & Enrichment ministry. This includes facilitating engagement, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the success of ministry programs and activities. The Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a thriving ministry culture, providing support across various areas, and ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the ministry. This position will have an emphasis in Women’s Ministry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Program Implementation and Oversight:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing ministry events, programs, and activities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all initiatives align with the mission and vision of the Groups & Enrichment Pastor.
Volunteer Support and Development:
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers involved in the ministry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, ensuring they feel equipped and encouraged in their roles.
Community Building:
- Cultivate a welcoming and caring environment for individuals to engage in ministry activities.
- Strengthen connections among individuals in the church through community groups, small groups, mentorship programs, and fellowship opportunities.
Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with the Groups & Enrichment Pastor to create detailed schedules, budgets, and plans for ministry initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with the Groups & Enrichment Pastor and all ministry teachers, volunteers, and ministry participants.
Spiritual Leadership and Mentorship:
- Encourage spiritual growth and discipleship through support in all areas of the ministry.
Communication and Promotion:
- Work closely with the communications team to develop promotional materials, social media posts, and announcements for ministry activities.
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging that reflects the mission and values of the ministry.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Regularly review the progress and impact of ministry programs.
- Prepare reports for the Groups & Enrichment Pastor on participation, outcomes, and areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and skills in Adobe InDesign desirable)
- Suitable knowledge of the Bible and theology
- Comfortable with learning new database systems and virtual platforms
- Spiritual disciplines and practices that encourage spiritual growth.
Demonstrated competency in:

- Leading groups of volunteers in significant ministry activities.

Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in ministry leadership.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
