Senior Task Manager

Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Responsibilities

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level• Demonstrated experience receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems• Demonstrated experience processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems• Demonstrated experience coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities

Qualifications

Required Education:• Education and Experience: Candidate must possess one of the following combinationso Masters degree 10 years relevant experience, ORo Bachelors degree 18 years relevant experience

Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:• Desired Experience: Experience preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
