Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Senior Facility Maintenance Technicians and Shift Leaders, ensuring streamlined operations and task completion.
- Spearhead preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, with a special focus on compressed air systems and pneumatic equipment functionality.
- Mentor and update staff on the latest compressed air and pneumatic system maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Implement and monitor safety standards related to compressed air and pneumatic systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols during all maintenance tasks.
- Monitor, report, and drive improvements in maintenance performance metrics across all shifts, with an emphasis on compressed air system efficiency.

- Liaise with shift leaders, production managers, and engineering teams for smooth shift transitions and aligned strategies in maintaining pneumatic systems.
