YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - LIGHTING & RIGGING

As a Installation Technician - Lighting & Rigging, your day begins at our Middletown location, where you will meet with the team to prepare equipment and review project plans. From there, you'll head to job sites, working hands-on to install theatrical rigging, stage curtains, lighting systems, and audio and video equipment. Your tasks will involve reading system layouts, using power tools, and ensuring everything is installed safely and efficiently. Some projects may require evening or weekend shifts, giving you the chance to work on a variety of exciting events and installations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience installing audio, video, lighting, and rigging systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

We would prefer a candidate with:

• ETCP Rigging Theatre and/or CTS-I Certification
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or OSHA 30-Hour Certification

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs.
