- Ability to obtain required clearances
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Your typical schedule goes from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some evenings and weekends as needed depending on the project.
This is a highly dynamic and collaborative role where you team up with talented industry professionals to lead projects from beginning to end. Collaborating with designers, engineers, architects, end-users, and other pros, you oversee the successful design and installation of systems in places like schools, studios, and houses of worship. You set each project up for success by developing realistic timelines, delegating tasks, performing site surveys, and maintaining vital documentation.
Keeping your team motivated, you lead kickoff meetings and offer guidance in the field as needed. You also maintain open communication with the client, providing them with regular job updates and answering their questions. If any problems come up, you quickly address them and get the project back on track. You help train other project managers and revel in the satisfaction of every successful job!
