At Illumination Rising, Inc., we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive hands-on training in the automotive services industry, specializing in key cutting, duplication, and programming, while also gaining valuable experience in customer-facing sales and how to manage a team of 3-5 people with one of our trusted automotive clients.

As a key part of our team, you will learn how to troubleshoot and resolve car key issues, ensuring the highest levels of reliability and functionality for our customers. Our operations span across the greater Seattle area, covering Lake Stevens, Marysville, Bellingham, Lynnwood, Everett, and Burlington, and we are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us!

What You Will Learn and Do :

Customer Acquisition & Sales : Engage with clients, process sales, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Cutting & Programming : Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car key fobs.
Client Portal Management : Accurately input customer and job information into the client portal.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve key-related issues for optimal functionality.

Requirements :

Ability to pass a background check.

Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) check.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (including getting in and out of vehicles to test keys, retrieve VIN numbers, etc.).

Responsibilities :

Learn the process of cutting, duplicating, and programming car keys.

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales, production, and inventory.

Ensure consistency between technical work and sales performance.

Be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
