What You’ll Do:

• Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs—develop a key skillset in a growing market.
• Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving car key issues, providing top-notch service.
• Build skills in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship management.
• Accurately record client information in our company portal to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead small teams and develop your management and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including sales tracking, inventory management, and maintaining high production standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to pass a background check and a clean driving record (to pass MVR check).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (e.g., getting in and out of cars for key testing and VIN retrieval).
• A team player who can also work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and a drive to learn and grow.
