The Illumination Works 2025 Internship Program runs from May 2025 to August 2025 . Start and end dates within those months are flexible.
Responsibilities may include :
- Assist in the development and / or maintenance of data pipelines that support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load processes
- Work on large-scale data systems, ensuring the efficient and secure movement of data across various platforms and exposure to downstream processes
- Implement data integration strategies and build processes for cleaning and aggregating raw data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with data scientists to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into data pipelines
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance
- Assist with the design and development of data infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure)
- Communicate findings and present results to the project team, leadership, and fellow interns, providing clear recommendations and next steps
