Position Summary

In this entry-level position, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment. You will participate as an integral member of our project team to help diagnose business process issues and design strategic solutions to support our clients’ success. As an ISI Associate Consultant, you will collaborate with colleagues in a learning environment, handling small workstreams or supporting Senior Consultants on larger, more complex projects. Associates will also begin identifying process improvement opportunities, developing, and quantifying improvement recommendations, and building continuous process improvement environments within our client organizations.

This individual will interact with all levels of the client organization and will possess a collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to work in various types of environments. To be successful, the candidate must also possess strong leadership traits in customer service, communication, productivity, critical thinking and professionalism.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:

  • Perform detailed process analysis and learn how to apply Lean principles from our industry experts to achieve business process transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop innovative and data-driven solutions across various practices and industries.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities leveraging a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Engage with clients as a day-to-day point of contact and as a participant in meetings and presentations, cultivating relationships through exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise.
  • Assist in the writing, preparation, and structuring of client presentations and communications.
  • Document existing and newly developed processes and procedures utilizing tools and techniques which best educate learners and stakeholders.
  • Creating and conducting coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including customer management and leadership.
  • Organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of information provided by clients and stakeholders.
  • Works with process teams to ensure that new design elements are being appropriately communicated to client organizations and effectively incorporated into end user training content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic record required
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both written and oral
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfort in-front of people
  • Must be available to work as needed to honor project commitments, meet deadlines, and support assigned business area needs
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel
