Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, direct involvement with patient care among others. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care, empowering them to achieve their health goals.

Illuminnate Chiropractic is a Patient-Centered, Cash-based & Personal Injury Chiropractic Clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care and guiding patients on their journey to optimal health. We focus on optimizing health through natural, evidence-based chiropractic care and providing an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team and play a key role in both patient care and practice growth.

Important Note: The position is for approx 36 hours per week. In addition to base pay, the hired candidate will have 3 performance bonuses that could bring the pay far above 70k per year, two of the bonuses are attached to the clinic collections amount. Position Summary:

The Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for managing and enhancing the patient experience, supporting clinic operations, and assisting in patient care. This role involves handling communication, scheduling, data entry, financial transactions, marketing efforts, helping assist patients in the therapy and traction rooms and operational strategies to improve efficiency and scale the practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about chiropractic care, patient education, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities: Patient Experience & Care

  • Maintain proficiency in Jane App patient management cloud app for electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication (phone calls, texting, email) and ensure timely follow-ups using Go High Level (GHL) lead management software.
  • Guide patients through their journey from lead to advocate, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continued engagement.
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, assisting them in understanding their treatment plans, home care plans & health goals.
  • Assist the Chiropractor during treatments, including adjunct therapies like Cold Laser, Shockwave, Spinal Correction traction set ups, and other therapeutic modalities.
  • Ensure proper execution of key patient management metrics to enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Maintain all records pertaining to Personal Injury and keep an open communication with PI Billers.
  • Facilitate and participate in internal and external education events to promote chiropractic awareness.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, patient data entry, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Oversee payment processing, financial transactions, and Care Credit applications for patients.
  • Act as the liaison between the EHR team, billing team, and clinic staff to ensure accurate out-of-network billing and reimbursement processing.
  • Track and manage clinic performance goals while implementing strategies to scale operations and improve efficiency.
  • Be familiar with all patient procedures including Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, PE1, PE2, PE3 visits and ensure smooth workflow execution.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Assist in social media content creation, including recording videos, obtaining patient consent forms, and managing online engagement.
  • Participate in external marketing initiatives, including personal injury (PI) outreach and community partnerships.
  • Support marketing campaigns to attract new patients and enhance patient retention.

Training & Professional Development

  • Engage in ongoing training sessions for Go High Level (GHL), Jane App, Care Credit, therapies, and supplement sales.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare clinics is REQUIRED.
  • HUGE PLUS: Proficiency in Jane App EHR, Go High Level (GHL) software, and Canva are a plus (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with Personal Injury is a must.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness-related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to handle financial transactions, billing coordination, and patient education effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and implement automation strategies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and track key performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience in marketing, content creation, and community outreach is an advantage.
