Illuminus is hiring a full-time Logistics Specialist at our office located in Fitchburg, WI. In this role, the person will focus on processing requests of device management, door access, security cameras, fleet vehicles, and inquiries to the Enterprise Call Center. This role will maintain a high degree of customer service abilities and confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include auditing and sustaining current asset inventories and system access.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
- Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Distribute and track organizational assets, such as fleet vehicles, security systems, door access controls, and communication systems.
- Process requests within the Mobile Device Management program to ensure effective inventory tracking, assignment, and recycling.
- Process requests of the Fleet Car Program, focusing on operational efficiency, quality, and accurate inventory.
- Process requests of Door Access credentials for staff, residents, and other individuals. Maintain accurate system wide access.
- Respond to calls through Enterprise Call Center to monitor and dispatch communications to incorporated locations and stakeholders. Answer customer phone calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively handling both inbound and outbound calls, all while adhering to established quality standards and guidelines
- Escalate emergency scenarios, outages, and / or threats to chain of command to maintain uninterrupted care and services. Maintain confidentiality and consistency throughout scenarios.
- Maintain familiarity with IT systems and tools that support logistics operations, such as asset management software.
- Willingness to contribute to implementation of corporate technology initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data security compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
- Performs other duties, as assigned
