Base Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 COMMISSION

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our client's growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling to large enterprise organizations. You will work closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams to identify needs, deliver customized solutions, and close complex sales deals. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Manage and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship management.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each enterprise client to meet their unique needs and business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer requirements and position our products/services as the best solution to meet their business objectives. Present demos, proofs of concept, and technical capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to position the company as a leader in the enterprise tech space.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead complex negotiations and navigate multiple decision-makers to successfully close large, high-value deals.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team and company growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5 ) in enterprise software or tech sales, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • 7 years of Acquisitions experience
  • Strong track record of success in selling to C-suite executives and large enterprises.
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, including solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies in the tech space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
