About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements across various industries.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct audit procedures to verify financial data.
- Assess internal controls and identify potential issues.
- Maintain organized audit documentation.
- Communicate findings and provide insights to clients.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility (150 credit hours completed or in progress).
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, including employee benefit plan audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software (e.g., CCH).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare-related accounting or audit experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $75,000 (commensurate with experience).

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
