Requirements:
- Proficient in PLC programming.
- Siemens is primary but other PLCs are used.
- Proficient in HMI design & programming.
- Siemens and IDEC are primary but other platforms PLCs are used.
- Familiar with providing data logging capabilities.
- Able to design and layout electrical panels.
- Able to build and wire panels if necessary.
- Willing to lend a hand from time to time as needed.
- Able to select and source components.
- Able to provide a list of components needed for ordering.
- Able to provide electrical drawings to deliver to the panel builder.
- Good mechanical aptitude able to help in all aspects of installing and servicing equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000, CE, or UL, and able to move us toward certification
- Ability to calculate load limits for structures – lifting frames, gantries, bridge cranes, etc.
- Bilingual
- IT Skills for industrial connections and subnets
- Communications and interoperability with other plant devices
- Production management experience

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
