Compensation: $200–$250 per hour Monthly Stipend for Hospitalist Program Director ($50K–$80K per year)

We are in search of a highly experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Director to lead our hospitalist team based in Elwood, Kansas. Primary Responsibilities:
- Take charge of leading and supervising the hospitalist team to ensure efficient operations and quality healthcare.
- Develop and execute clinical protocols and implement best practices.
- Work collaboratively with hospital administration and medical leadership to achieve program objectives.
- Offer direct patient care in the capacity of a hospitalist.
- Supervise quality improvement initiatives and prioritize patient safety efforts.
- Maintain adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree as an MD and DO and possess board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.
