- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align production planning with demand forecasts and company objectives
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring raw materials and packaging are available to meet production schedules
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Manage inventory levels, reducing waste and maintaining optimal stock to meet customer demand
- Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and material handling
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service
- Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate supply chain strategies and ensure alignment across departments
- BS / BA is required
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including scheduling, supply analysis, and inventory control
- Proficiency in using ERP systems with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional supply chain team
