Lead Production Supervisor-Manufacturing

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily production activities to meet and exceed the standard production rates
• Daily Timekeeping approvals and adjustments
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the production environment.
• Train and mentor production staff and communicate department goals and expectations
• Oversee employee performance. Asses and document individual training and performance evaluations with performance feedback
• Maintain required reporting of shift activity and communicate to Management Team
• Assist Human Resources in evaluations of hiring process and manning placement
• Communicate and support company policies, procedures, company values and directives
• Provide support to the production supervisors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong leadership, computer and organizational skills
• Must be capable of working on multiple tasks with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
