Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within our organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and services, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Oversee quality control processes, including inspections and testing of products to ensure they meet specified requirements
- Communicate product quality information to the manufacturing departments to correct or prevent non-conforming product from being produced
- Maintain quality and reliability of the finished product through testing, inspecting and statistical programs
- Provide training and coaching to staff on quality standards and best practices along with developing and directing the Quality Team
- Maintain certification/compliance to ISO-9001, coordinate all documents for certification, procedures and work instructions
- Track and communicate quality issues to management/corporate teams with recommendations for corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and able to manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality-related information across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
