Anesthesia Compensation
$1200 per day
Anesthesia Job Description
Typically 12-14 cases/day
Case types include: General/Regional surgeries, orthopedics, OB/GYN, GI, Orth, No open heart or neuro surgeries. Occasional healthy pediatrics
Usually 3 operating rooms run at a time
Locum will sometimes oversee CRNAs
24-hour call responsibility is shared with another doctor on the island. Call is taken from home after hours.
Weekend Call requirements: 24 hour call From Friday to 0730 Monday.
Anesthesia locums covers labor epidurals as well as general OR
Supervision of CRNAs is a mix of approximately 20% supervision, 80% own cases
