Junior Systems Administrator
Investor Loan Source – ILS Capital is a family owned and operated Private Lending Company and Private Investment Firm. We are expanding in several key markets and are seeking a Systems Administrator to add to our growing organization of over 50 employees.

The Systems Administrator assists with maintaining and improving the technical systems in our multiple offices; supports the site managers and other department management with all Information Technology related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding of users through setting up accounts, computers, and phone.
- Manage offboarding of users by locking and archiving all accounts.
- Manage the help desk; Assist users with help requests and solve issues through Teams, outlook, phone, TeamViewer, and in person.
- Provide general technical support for software and websites.
- Perform software updates and upgrades.
- Maintain server infrastructure.
- Maintain network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain SSO.
- Manage telecom vendors and expenses.
- Train users on basic use of software.
- Track information technology assets, inventory, and tagging.
- Coordinate set up of new workstations with standard devices and provide upgrades of the user’s workspace when requested by the manager.
- Contact support from vendors if needed for troubleshooting and ticket escalation.
- Setup users for work from home when requested; setup and troubleshoot VPN.
- Configure and maintain offsite backups.
- Purchase devices and set up new computers with required software.
- Set up new offices or assist with office moves.
Experience with following platforms preferred:

SentinelOne
RingCentral
Adobe
Synology
Unifi
Windows Machines
Experience with finance and marketing applications is a plus.
Qualifications: 2 years proven experience in an IT Technician or relevant position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Houston, TX 77084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: Main Location – Houston, TX
- Ability to commute when needed to other office locations within 1.5 hours of Houston.
