Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Building Maintenance Technician & Vendor Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and vendor management for our office facility and additional properties. This role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, the ability to source and coordinate vendors, and strong computer skills for tracking work orders, vendor contracts, and reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities : Building Maintenance & Repairs :
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the office building to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues efficiently.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
