Key Responsibilities:
Route Delivery
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules accurately to ensure timely deliveries.
- Load the van securely, verifying that all customer orders are correct and protected against damage.
- Use navigation tools and local area knowledge to enhance route efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Deliver uniforms and rented items directly to clients while collecting items for return.
- Manage delivery documentation meticulously, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Van Loaded Accuracy
- Ensure that every item loaded into the van perfectly matches the delivery paperwork.
- Conduct thorough double-checks before departure to confirm all items are accounted for.
- Organize the van efficiently to maximize capacity and safeguard items during transit.
- Monitor and replenish van inventory and supplies as needed.Customer Service * Greet each customer warmly and deliver their items with courtesy and professionalism.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly, updating our systems with any feedback or changes.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help drive continuous service improvements.
