As an intern, your time will be divided between a core program shared with the entire cohort and specialized work, projects, and programming tailored to the department you join.
Our Human Resources department is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an intern in our 2025 summer program! This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience at our Denver, Kansas City, or Wichita locations, with a flexible schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home each week.
Daily responsibilities will include :
Talent Acquisition : Dive into IMA's Talent Acquisition recruitment process.
- Optimizing and automating reports for hiring and activity tracking for recruiters using IMA's ATS, Greenhouse
On-Boarding : Support the execution of IMA's ongoing new hire onboarding program.
Talent Management : Learn about IMA's associate lifecycle, including learning and development, performance management, and engagement.
HR Coordination : Collaborate with key areas of Human Resources to gain insights into compensation, payroll, benefits, and the role of Human Resource Business Partners.
We're proud of the success many of our former interns have had when they've pursued careers as IMA associates' post-graduation and see our internship program as a key talent pipeline. Because of this, preference is given to students closer to graduation, who demonstrate a curiosity about future employment within our industry.
