Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an Enrollment Specialist. An Enrollment Specialist is responsible for promoting the amazing services that IMA provides to current and future patients and contributing to IMA's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Works making & receiving multiple calls per day, educating people on the services IMA Medical Group has to offer and enrolling new members
- Educates potential patients on IMA value proposition and healthcare model
- Encourages prospects to enroll with a participating provider to obtain various services and benefits
- Maintains up-to-date information in designated tracking tool; Utilize tracker tool to document interactions with potential clients and ensures effective management of enrollments
- Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service
- Reports on qualification and call and email activity.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years Call Center experience
- 1 year recent inside sales experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish
- Privet area free from distraction
- Professional phone demeanor and attitude at all times
- Demonstrated ability to explain/educate on the benefits of a service or program and overcome objections to participation
- Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications and monitors and speaking clearly on the phone simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and always remain HIPAA compliant
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. High level of integrity and strong commitment to being successful.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful in building and maintaining positive working relationships with partners such as patients, medical staff, Insurance Brokers and Captive Agents etc.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience in using various computer programs such as MS Outlook, Ring Central, Sales Force.
- Healthcare Sales experience with an established track record of performance is a plus
