POSITION OVERVIEW :

This Account Executive role for IW Group will be the day to day client contact for a major QSR client. In partnership with the strategy team, you will guide the creative and production teams in the creative development process with the direction of the Group Account Director, mainly focused on social assets, transadaption work on various multimedia channels and support account team as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Serve as day to day client contact on multiple projects
Represent team at inter-agency and client meetings
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with creative and production of original social content
Assist and support account team, as needed
Support agency initiatives, as needed
Track and report on KPIs

OTHER FUNCTIONS :

Occasionally engage in professional and community organizations related to the agency and client’s business / industry

Aid in administrative tasks, logistics, and scheduling as needed

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Education :

Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university

Minimum of 1-2 years professional work experience

Relevant experience in a public-facing capacity such as sales, marketing, events, public relations, communications, community relations, corporate relations, advertising, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Possess excellent client relations skills, shows empathy, and values authentic relationships

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and editing)

Must possess good organizational skills, demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, flexibility, sound judgment and a positive attitude

Ability to multi-task and effectively manage deadlines

Passion for an understanding and supporting multicultural communities or has the capacity to learn quickly

Proficiency in basic software (i.e., MS Office, google suite) and social media platforms

Commitment to producing the best work possible (aka willing to work long hours when necessary)

Must be willing and able to travel

HYBRID WORK MODEL :

IW Group has adopted a hybrid work model. All team members are mandated to be in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.

This role may require extended work hours (including weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.

This role may require work outside of the office (i.e., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (i.e., national or international client locations).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
