POSITION OVERVIEW :
This Account Executive role for IW Group will be the day to day client contact for a major QSR client. In partnership with the strategy team, you will guide the creative and production teams in the creative development process with the direction of the Group Account Director, mainly focused on social assets, transadaption work on various multimedia channels and support account team as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Serve as day to day client contact on multiple projects
- Represent team at inter-agency and client meetings
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with creative and production of original social content
- Assist and support account team, as needed
- Support agency initiatives, as needed
- Track and report on KPIs
