SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Financial District, San Francisco. As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading key experiential accounts that focus on luxury spirit brands. Your responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies, developing experiential plans, guiding creative, conducting media / influencer outreach, executing full 360º experiences, overseeing day-to-day client needs / requests, and managing direct reports (Account Executive level).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Lead an integrated cross-functional team for multiple luxury spirit brands.
  • Responsible for achieving a client’s strategic brand objectives and driving award-winning, high impact, integrated campaigns.
  • Own the client relationship, establishing solid relationships with senior level clients. Has ultimate accountability for the success of IW relationship with our client.
  • Drive growth of the client relationship by exceeding client expectations, as well as identifying new opportunities, and building growth strategies into our work.
  • Understand client challenges and able to define IW Group’s approach and strategy and articulate a plan of action and guide successful implementation.
  • Build a high-performing team culture, working in close partnership with strategic, creative, production, PR leads.
  • Knowledgeable of these functional roles and understands how to drive work across all disciplines.
  • Serve as a champion of bold thinking and innovative solutions that surprise and delight the client.
  • Identify and build an ongoing pipeline of opportunities create pathways for our team to grow the business and differentiate our agency’s strengths.
  • Active involvement in strategy reviews, creative reviews and all major presentation reviews, and key client meetings.
  • Manage a dynamic thriving account including ongoing retail campaigns integrated brand campaigns.

  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIRMENTS :

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.
  • Experience :

  • Experience with luxury brands / high net worth audiences.
  • Navigating international brands / clients.
  • Experience leading integrated brand campaigns.
  • Proven experience growing business, finding new ways in, charting new pathways.
  • Ability to role model the agency’s vision and connect it to client’s goals.
  • Strong pulse on culture, traditional / digital / social media, food and beverage innovations.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing managerial role or above.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an advertising, experiential, or digital agency.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Possess excellent client relations skills, shows empathy, and values authentic relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and editing).
  • Must possess good organizational skills, demonstrated initiative, flexibility, sound judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Passion for an understanding and supporting multicultural communities or has the capacity to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in basic software (i.e., MS Office) and social media platforms.
  • Commitment to producing the best work possible (aka willing to work long hours when necessary).
  • Must be willing and able to travel.
  • A sense of humor; flexibility.

  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Setting clear objectives for team members. Overseeing workflow and monitoring productivity. Providing guidance and support through coaching. Resolving issues within the team or on an individual basis offering constructive feedback as needed. Foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines to ensure collaborative and informed work.

  • HYBRID WORK MODEL :

  • IW Group has adopted a hybrid work model. Teams set their own in-office schedule but are requested to work in-office at least twice per week.
  • While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.
  • This role may require extended work hours (including weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.
  • This role may require work outside of the office (i.e., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (i.e., national or international client locations).
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

  • While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
