Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and proactive Account Supervisor to join our team in the New York City office, ideally with hospitality/casino experience. As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile PR and marketing accounts that focus on authentically connecting brands with multicultural and mass-market media, public officials, and community-based organizations. Your responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies in collaboration with client and mass market agency stakeholders, drafting press materials, guiding multicultural advertising and creative, conducting media/community outreach, advising on entertainment and experiential programming, and overseeing day-to-day client needs/requests. The ideal candidate has reading and writing fluency in either Chinese (Mandarin/Fujian) or Vietnamese.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead an integrated cross-functional team for a casino/hospitality/gaming brand, based out of the New York City office.
- Address and achieve brand objectives for clients and drive award-winning, high-impact, integrated campaigns.
- Provide multicultural strategic direction on campaign creative across in-language creative.
- Own client relationships by establishing solid trust-based ties with senior-level clients. Maintain ultimate accountability for the success of the agency’s relationship with our clients.
- Drive development of client relationships by meeting and exceeding their expectations, as well as identify new opportunities, and build growth strategies into our work.
- Understand client challenges and be able to define IW Group’s approach and strategy. Proactively articulate a plan of action and guide successful implementation on behalf of our clients.
- Build a high-performing team culture, working in close partnership with strategic, creative, production, PR, and activation leads.
- Build knowledge and expertise of functional roles and continuously improve on ways to drive quality work across all disciplines.
- Serve as a champion of bold thinking and innovative solutions that surprise and delight the client.
- Stay active and involved in strategy and creative reviews and in all major presentation reviews and key client meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or vocational college degree from a fully accredited college or university.
- Experience with multicultural and Asian/Pacific Islander consumers.
- Experience with hospitality, casino, gaming, and/or spa industries.
- Experience leading integrated brand campaigns.
- Proven experience growing business.
- Ability to role model the agency’s vision and connect it to clients’ goals and interests.
- Strong pulse on culture, diversity, community, traditional/digital/social media, and new communication trends and practices.
- Minimum of 3 years professional work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an advertising, media, or digital agency.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing or sales managerial role.

HYBRID WORK MODEL:
- IW Group has adopted a hybrid work model. Teams set their own in-office schedule but are required to work in-office at least twice per week.
- While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.
- This role may require extended work hours (including weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.
- This role may require work outside of the office (i.e., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (i.e., national or international client locations).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
