Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floors through buffing and care to ensure a clean appearance.
- Assist in residential painting as needed to enhance facility aesthetics.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts in designated areas as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a high standard of cleanliness across all locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
