As a Janitor/Maintenance professional at Imagann Cleaning Services, INC., you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Assist with floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Support special projects such as residential painting or deep cleaning initiatives when required.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
