We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 5–10 consecutive years of experience, be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong background in managing federal government contracts. Pay is based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer the company’s main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain work schedules for multiple client facilities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing sales proposals, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-up correspondence.
- Manage company records and information, and create reports as requested by the management team.
- Conduct client quality assurance (QA) service calls.
- Handle various office tasks, such as replenishing office supplies and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–10 years of consecutive experience in administrative services, office management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing federal government contracts is required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent leadership abilities with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is preferred.
