Print Production Specialist

Due to a recent retirement, we are looking for an experienced Print Production Specialist to join the fast-paced team at Image 360 - Brookfield. THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN POSITION. This is an incredible opportunity for a talented individual to join an established, creative team and utilize their skills to produce high-quality signage and graphics for clients. Sign and graphics experience is a plus, however, if you're good with your hands and you have an eye for detail we will train you.

Your responsibilities will include operating a digital cutter/router, flatbed printer, roll-to-roll printer, plotter, and additional technologies to meet client needs. Additionally, production duties include measuring and cutting materials, laminating, painting, assembly, finishing, and performing other related tasks. Our ideal candidate can operate various hand and power tools to safely assemble signage in our Center. Basic math skills and the ability to use measurement devices are required. You must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and possess common sense. If you have a passion for serving and a drive to succeed, this may be the perfect role for you.

$19.50 - $23.00 hourly

• Operate and maintain digital cutter/router.
• Operate and maintain the flatbed printer.
• Operate and maintain the roll-to-roll printer.
• Operate and maintain plotter.
• Sign manufacturing, clean up, and assembly.
• Paint.
• Package and ship orders.

• Minimum of two years of sign manufacturing work experience is beneficial.
• Extremely organized and proactive decision-maker.
• Sharp attention to detail and keen multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus.
• Professional, upbeat, positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
