Comercial cleaner

I have a Commercial Cleaning job which requires servicing 2 stores, Lowes and Marshalls in Sanfod N.C. in the MORNING the job teams are welcome MUST BE ABLE TO USE A FLOOR AUTO SCRUBBER!!! 5AM START TIME ITS 7 Days a Week!!! There is a 2nd afternoon bathroom cleaning at Lowes that takes about 40 minutes to complete
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute industrial cleaning procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Carry out commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities to ensure facilities are well-maintained and presentable.
• Support residential painting projects as needed, ensuring surfaces are properly prepped and cleaned post-job.
• Act as a porter by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
• Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to address any cleanliness-related issues promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments will be beneficial.
• A strong understanding of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is essential.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player is crucial for success in this role.
