Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
I have a commercial cleaning job available at the Burlington Coat Factory 1102 HAMPTON INN WAY. The job is 7 days a week 8am to 11am requires knowledge of a auto scrubber floor machine, Duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass , bathrooms, break room and other areas that may need wiping or dusting..Must have knowledge of a auto scrubber!!!!! MUST BE EXPERIENCED CLEANER!!! and be a self starter. WEEKLY PAY

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
