Facilities Cleaner

Monday Thru Friday 3pm to 4:30 and return for evening cleaning after 5pm 2.5 hr
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a clean and safe atmosphere for both employees and clients.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning practices.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
