**Position**:Bartender (Part-time)
**Location**: Poland Spring Resort- Mel's Hill Top Restaurant
**Type**: Seasonal, Part-time

**Responsibilities:**

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and enforce age restrictions as necessary.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.

**Requirements:**

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in events or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
