We are looking to add a member to our Sales Support team who is a quick study, who is assertive yet kind, and who can get along well with our diverse, hard-working team. Basic computer and keyboarding skills and strong written and verbal communication skills will be key.
Job Summary:
Our Sales Assistants work with our Business Development Specialists (BDS) and serve as an additional direct contact for clients of the BDS. The BDS will represent the Sales Assistant to their clients as a critical part of their account service team and someone that they can count on for responsive, professional service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Do product research and prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes at the direction of the BDS or upon direct client request.
- Check stock on all quotes and orders.
- Utilize and become familiar with the web sites of our preferred vendor partners to check stock, pricing, imprint information and sizes, freight quotes and other information.
- Submit sample requests to vendors on behalf of their BDS and clients and update the opportunity notes in the CRM with items ordered on each request, estimated delivery dates and tracking.
- Work from and actively update shared task lists in Microsoft Teams to ensure transparency into what is being worked on for whom and on what timelines.
- Proactively working with vendor partners to create product presentations and spec samples for clients to be used by BDS as ideas and touchpoints for clients.
- Write and submit orders including providing art instructions and managing client approval processes.
- Answer direct client inquiries.
- Field calls and emails on behalf of the BDS.
- Monitor job status trackers provided by Image Masters Customer Service reps and respond on behalf of their BDS when possible.
- Immediately inform BDS in cases of client dissatisfaction or vendor errors.
- Review BDS pending jobs daily to ensure that orders stay on track.
- Review BDS quotes daily to ensure timely follow-up to secure orders.
- Schedule follow-up calls on BDS dashboard as needed to secure opportunities and timely order processing.
- Keep their own and BDS dashboards clean by efficiently scheduling calls and other client contacts each day.
- Entering clear and complete notes for each client contact. Coordinate with the BDS on "managing the dots" to ensure that clients receive regular contact from either the Sales Assistant or the BDS.
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
