Job Description:
We are looking for a Routing Operator to join our team!
- Performs all assigned machine shop operations.
- Detects and reports defective materials to management.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety procedures.
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Programs routing table by job, nesting product to maximize space and quantity.
- Verifies route files.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by communications actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Pull materials needed for 1st/2nd shifts to keep Routing tables running at maximum capacity.
No experience necessary. Willing to train motivated candidates.
Must have reliable transportation.
