We are currently seeking an Independent Cleaner - Sub Contractor to join our Team in the Naples area!
We are looking to fill a contract at a Clinic in Naples To begin ASAP.
2 days per week. Wednesday and Friday services.
Estimated time 2 hours per service.
Flexible hours.
Opportunity to grow and obtain many more contracts with us.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain Commercial properties.
Clean restrooms, restock restroom supplies, clean fixtures, mirrors, sweep and mop floors
Dust, wipe and clean all surfaces
Remove all Trash from property and replace Liners
Take before and after Photos as requested by supervisor and submit after each cleaning.
Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial cleaning.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Reliable Transportation to ensure consistent dependability required
Must successfully pass a background check.
Must meet all legal Independent contractor requirements.
Must have liability insurance, Workers Comp and business permit.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $350.00 per month
