Headwear Product Development Coordinator

If so, you might be a perfect candidate for a new and exciting position with our company, Image One as a Headwear Production Development Coordinator. We are in search of someone who:

• Can develop headwear artwork for customers to review and approve
• Can stay ahead of trends by researching styles, fabrics and colors
• Can develop tech packs that detail color, fabric and measurement call outs to ensure accurate production of

headwear

• Can manage timelines to ensure that customers are receiving product to their expectations
• Can communicate regularly with factories worldwide to ensure that each hat meets our quality standards. This

position may require regular off hours to ensure efficient and proper communication due to significant time

zone differences.

• Can manage and organize sample deliveries
• Has the ability to analyze samples for compliance with tech packs and ensure proper construction, fit and design

intent

• Will efficiently and accurately inspect headwear shipments to ensure quality and standards are being maintained

This position will be based in our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters and is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with Mac and Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Has very strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Has a keen sense of color and fabric combinations and ability to spot trends
• Has the ability to collaborate with a team of artists and sales reps
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment
• Ability to execute tasks at a high level with speed and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work and actions
• Ability to be a self-starter and to self-manage in a detail-oriented environment
