Dignity Apparel (DA) Wholesale Support Specialist / Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Wholesale Support and Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the wholesale customer experience, supporting daily operations, and assisting with business development efforts. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will enjoy administrative work and have a very high attention to detail, have excellent “people skills” to build and strengthen customer relationships, and be able to problem solve and create systems to serve as the foundation for the Dignity Apparel wholesale market. In addition, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development and regional sales representatives for targeted outreach to potential, large customers (“game-changers”) to introduce them to Dignity Apparel products. This could include sending targeted blank or decorated sample kits, email or phone outreach and follow-up, account setup, and organizing city tours to strategic areas. The primary success outcome for this role will be supporting the growth of DA unit sales to increase our production volumes and fulfill our mission with the DA IA and TN teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory Management- keeping an eye on the production pipeline to understand timelines, being familiar with website functionality and account settings to ensure positive customer experience.
- Customer Service on DA wholesale accounts (Website/Current customers)- responding to any DA customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
o Swatch card requests, sample requests, simple Q & A.
o Compiling notes on website edits, processing/fulfillment status, quality, etc. to Director of Business Development/appropriate departments.
- Support Dignity Apparel Expos- Assist with the preparation and coordination of trade show logistics, including inventory management for show supplies, shipping arrangements, and travel planning. Potential opportunity to travel with the team for expos.
- New Wholesale Customer Onboarding - Assist with outreach, setting appointments, onboarding new wholesale customers (getting accounts created for customers on our wholesale website).
- Marketing support. Work with IP marketing team to curate / prepare marketing materials, including printed materials as well blank and decorated DA apparel sample packs, to send to potential, large wholesale customers or potential new IP customers in strategic markets (“game changers”).
- Coordination. Coordinate and communicate with IP sales team on wholesale progress and initiatives, as well as with IP marketing team and strategic markets sales team on targeted outreach for wholesale and game-changer accounts.
- Administrative Support - Provide support with miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as quoting for potential new customers, managing and sending marketing materials, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
