Image Specialty Partners in West Sacramento, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable in a fast-paced environment, performing vendor statement reconciliations, preparing reports and assisting with audits. This role is on-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA.

Job Requirements
- 3 years full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred, but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ethical standard in handling financial information and confidential data
- Prior dental industry experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment
- Verify GL coding and ensure all approvals have been obtained prior to paying
- Reconcile vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Use multiple accounting systems to ensure all bills are input and paid timely
- Ensure credit memos are applied to open invoices
- Assist with annual 1099 reporting
- Post monthly journal entries
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Prepare reports for management
- Assist with annual audits
- Use and administer company practices, standards, procedures, tools and methodologies
- Other duties as assigned
