We are looking for a Customer Call Center Representative to join our team - someone who is passionate about helping others and committed to providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, has a collaborative mindset, and communicates in a warm and sincere manner that builds trust with our patients.
Schedule & Location
- This is a full-time position
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- On-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to treatments, services, insurance, and other related matters
- Engage with patients empathetically and professionally, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Regularly follow up on new patient referrals through outbound calls to drive business growth
Qualifications
- In addition to English, fluency in Spanish is required. The candidate must speak, comprehend, read, and write in Spanish with fluent competency.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service required, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with relevant software applications such as Google Suite and MS Office
- Ability to listen and empathize with patient needs and concerns
- Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills
- Sincere and accommodating, with a preference for high-quality work through established processes and procedures
- Must be able to reliably report to our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA for scheduled shift
- Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial to ensure seamless operations and meet customer service demands.
