We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the dentist during various dental procedures and ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with safety standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain an organized and sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Manage patient records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with the ordering and inventory management of dental supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- Current RDA license and certification in the state of California
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proven experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in dental software and technology is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient care
