Responsibilities:
Our business depends largely on the abilities of our Marketers. Our Account Executives serve as a public awareness representative and are primarily responsible for connecting our top-quality care to eligible patients and families. This is an outside sales role, and you will be expected to meet intake and referral goals as established by management.

Be compassionate in every interaction

Utilize your network to generate high-quality referrals for our hospice care services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.

Implement targeted marketing strategies to maximize outreach and visibility in the community.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the delivery of hospice services.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on your industry knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving marketing goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.

In-depth knowledge of the hospice care industry and the local healthcare landscape preferred.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:

Undergraduate degree preferred.

Must have at least one year of sales experience.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Must be willing to travel in all weather conditions but no overnights will be required.

The ability to work efficiently in rapidly changing environments.
Qualifications
Salary : $15,000
