What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Mammo Technologist position at ImageCare Radiology?
ImageCare is seeking a Mammography Technologist for our East Brunswick office.
The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:3PM.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To perform quality Mammo Graph for referring physicians for diagnosing patients condition. Assist other mammo technicians on an as-needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and process routine Mammo graph
- Stock rooms with supplies.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; plus 6 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Medical specialties:
- Radiology
Experience:
- Medical imaging: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mammography: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- ARRT Certification (Required)
Flu Vaccination Requirement: It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the yearly flu shot.
