ImageCare is hiring a hardworking personal assistant to provide high level personal and administrative support.
Job description
This is an entry level position. The optimal applicant will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Applicants must be punctual for all scheduled shifts. Interested applicants must possess strong customer service skills as well as strong computer skills. Basic computer experience is required. Applicant must be organized and posses time management skills.
Applicant must have a valid NJ Driver's License and a reliable vehicle. Occasional weekend work is required.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Handling various incoming and outgoing phone calls of multifaceted nature.
- Scheduling of meetings, conferences, and seminars, making travel arrangements as needed, and general miscellaneous office duties.
- This position also requires assistance with personal matters for management and physicians as needed.
- This includes pick up and drop off of children, home assistance, miscellaneous tasks, and office duties.

There is a substantial amount of driving that is required in this position. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate.
